OUR RETURNS POLICY

You may always cancel your order any moment within 1 working days. To do so, you must inform us in writing.

MISTAKES WHEN ORDERING

The client assumes responsibility for any errors made during the ordering process. If the client initially provides us with incorrect data (URL, GEO, or the amount of clicks) and then informs us of the error, we will gladly make the necessary adjustments. Nonetheless, any traffic generated owing to incorrect data will not warrant a refund.

UNAVAILABILITY

If a client's website, for whatever reason, becomes unavailable, the client holds us blameless. Should the unavailability be from over-ordering (more traffic than client hosting can handle), the client is considered responsible for purchasing traffic. We have no knowledge of the hosting plan of a client so we cannot promise uptime. Any traffic delivered during the downtime is not refundable. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that his or her website or landing page is in working order.

SIGNUPS / SALES / CONVERSIONS

We cannot guarantee in any manner that a client will receive sales / signups / conversions from the website traffic we send. Our only guarantee is that we will send the traffic our client ordered. So, if nothing comes from the traffic sent, we are held blameless and will not issue a refund. Nothing in these terms and conditions are intended to affect your statutory rights.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of our obligations to you that is caused by events outside our reasonable control:

  • (a) Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
  • (b) Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
